By accessing or using the 88td website at https://88td.vip (the "Platform"), creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the Platform at the time a promotion is offered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illicit activity. 88td reserves the right to report suspected financial crimes to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player.

88td monitors account activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Where the Company identifies suspicious behaviour, it may freeze account funds, request additional documentation, or permanently close the account while retaining relevant records for compliance purposes.

All content on the 88td Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 88td or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from 88td.
• Use the 88td name, logo, or brand marks in any marketing, social media, or commercial context without explicit written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content, game mechanic, or proprietary software component.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Platform for any purpose.
